AOJ trial-manufacture base covers an area of totally 40,000 square meters. There are over 500 employees at present while core technical managerial stuff has over 10 years' professional working experience in this area.

AOJ trial-manufacture base includes five workshops: Welding, Painting, Final Assembly, Chassis and Machining.

Welding Workshop is for welding body panels including frame and skin. Painting Workshop is for coating protection and decoration of exterior body with nearly 30 large and middle equipment including closed glue spraying and foaming room, air purifying and painting room etc.

Final Assembly Workshop is composed of several assembly workstations for assembling exterior and interior trims.

Machining Workshop is for manufacturing machining work pieces and special parts.
